Adding the cream after the butter and blue cheese have melted

Add the blue cheese when onions and mushroom are caramelized

Set aside chicken and sauté onion and button mushroom until golden brown

Pan-fry in with just a little olive (or canola) oil at high heat to just quickly brown the sides

Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes in garlic, ginger, salt, black pepper and herbs (oregano, thyme and rosemary)
